The Bloodline Era Isn't Over... It's Just Beginning Again

The Bloodline may be stronger than ever after WWE Raw from Turin, Italy. Roman Reigns got exactly what he wanted when Jacob Fatu finally acknowledged him, creating one of the biggest moments of the night and potentially setting the stage for a new chapter in the Bloodline story. With Roman, Jey Uso, and Jacob seemingly united, the power balance in WWE could be shifting once again.
In this one-take, one-shot Raw review, I break down the entire Bloodline situation, what Jacob Fatu's decision means going forward, and whether Roman Reigns is truly back on top. I also discuss the King and Queen of the Ring tournament developments, the biggest matches of the night, and the stories that stood out the most.
I also have to talk about Bron Breakker. Another big loss, this time to Seth Rollins, and it feels like Bron keeps sliding further down the card instead of moving up it. Not long ago, he looked like one of WWE's fastest-rising stars. Now he's taking major losses and losing momentum. Is WWE cooling off Bron Breakker at the worst possible time, or is there a bigger plan in place?
What did you think of Raw? Is The Bloodline stronger than ever? And should fans be worried about Bron Breakker's direction?

Monday Night Raw is in the books, and this is the fallout episode of Clash in Italy. Does does Jacob Fatu acknowledge Roman Reigns? Yeah, yeah, he does, actually. And my favorite part about that is Jey Uso is just so happy to be to be to watch someone else get picked on other than himself by Roman Reigns. Jey Uso is like, come on, come on, Jacob, you're late for work. Oh, it's so funny. It is so funny. And we'll talk all about that because this is your one take, one shot Monday night raw review. We're gonna do it immediately following the episode. That way you get my raw gut reaction. I can't, I can't go to bed and sleep on it and be like, yeah, you know, maybe I was a little too harsh, a little too harsh on the product. No, no, if I'm gonna be a little too harsh, well, then I'm gonna be a little too harsh. Or maybe I'll be a little too positive, even. We shall see. But first, let's talk about this belt on my shoulder. You see, at 30,000 subscribers, I'm gonna give it away. Already gave away three belts. I have given away three replica belts on this channel, and I want to give away a fourth replica belt. All you gotta do, comment below, subscribe to the channel, and you can win at 30,000 subscribers. That's when I'm gonna give it away on my quest to quit my day job. So help me out, subscribe, maybe like the video as well, and you can win this. Not a toy, but a replica belt. You can win it. All right, so not a lot have happened. Alright, so not a lot happened on this, on this raw. Honestly, it's like it was just very contained. Each segment was very contained. I was hoping we were gonna get now that the bloodline is running it back, as Jay Husso would say, I was hoping we would get the bloodline throughout the entire show. We did get two segments though, but yeah, I was hoping like we did it before. If we're gonna get the bloodline back, then give us how the bloodline was and let the threads be out the entire show. Open, close, middle, everything. But no, we just got a really good solid opening. We have the OTC and the uh the Usos, they come in a big black van, and then the moment they get out, one of the things I'm loving about this is that that then uh Roman Reigns has a title boy, and that somebody is always waiting to just hand Roman his title. He's like, I'm not carrying that through through customs. What are you, mad? I'm not gonna get stopped. So, like, Roman, he gets his title, he walks out there, it's the Usos, and he did spend a lot of time pandering because they're in they are in in Italy, and uh and they were like, everybody's cheering. It went about like 10 minutes of cheering or something like that. Finally, you know, acknowledge me, everybody's going crazy multiple times throughout the show. I think the camera was bouncing, the people were so excited. And then Roman says, All right, Jacob, come on out, it's time to acknowledge me. And then Jacob Fatou comes, and Jay, like I said, Jay's like clapping his hands, he's so happy, he's so happy that he's gonna be uh front row to to somebody getting picked on by Roman Reigns. He's like, Oh, I was there for five years. I'm glad it's not me anymore. But yes, Jacob comes out and Jacob says, you know, I knew the consequences. If I won the title, I knew what would happen, but I also knew what would happen if I lost the match. And he's like, and I need to show my kids that I'm a man of my word. He's like, but, and then he goes to Jay and he gets in Jay's face, and Jay suddenly he's not as happy as he once was, and Jay, and then Jacob's like, but I didn't lose to you, and I'm not I do not acknowledge you. And then he goes back to Roman, though, because Roman's like, hey, hey, I'm over here, and everybody's like, ooh, Roman, talk to him like that. But Jacob goes, he gets on his knee, and he says, I'm a man of my word. Roman, I acknowledge you. And then Roman helps him up and he's like, You may not see this now, but Jacob, I love you. I cannot wait for Jacob to put his hands together, get all menacing, and said, Roman, I love you, Roman. I cannot wait for that. Please let that happen. All right, so so yeah, then then Jimmy Uso grabs the mic and he's like, You're you made it, dog. You're here, you're here, everybody. This is a warning shot. Bow! Like the bloodline, honestly, this is the most powerful the bloodline probably has ever been, has ever been. Arguably you could say with Paul, I guess maybe not because there's no Paul Heyman, and then you lost solo and solo and uh Sammy, but like maybe this is equal to that. If they add soul, if they add solo, or if they add Sammy, or if they add the wise man back somehow, some way, then this will be the most powerful. Jacob with them, yeah. Maybe this is the most powerful version. I don't know. We shall see. We shall see. Hopefully it's not NWO 2000, and hopefully this is bloodline proper because woo woo. And then they walk out, they walk out, and Jacob is there. He's he's towing the line. I wasn't sure. I was like, is Jacob going to attack them? Is he gonna attack them? I kept looking for it, but no, Jacob just went, and now you've got the bloodline back, a version of the bloodline with Jacob Fought too. They are still baby faces, but they're not. I don't know. I don't even know if they're tweeners, I don't know what they are exactly right now. Because after Clash at Castle, Clash at in Italy, Roman had some choice words for LA Knight, Royce Keys, who are definitely baby faces. He he came out of the locker room one time, and while Cody was walking, and they look they stared at each other. Cody walked away, and Roman was just like so it's like I don't know where Roman is. Roman is saying that he's he's like, you know, he tried he tried to do things right, but people are forcing his hand, and we will see where we go there. But yeah, Roman reigns on the bloodline. Now, later in the episode, when they show that encounter of him and Cody, and you know, Roman dude, we we have Roman, he says to Jay, he's like, Listen, dude, and I love this line. This is one of my favorite lines. He's like, the head, the I'm the head of the table, right? But there are there are two ends of the table, meaning Jay Uso can be the other head of the table. I love that line. And he said, Go, you've held this title, but you haven't held the other. Go get that other title, go to the king of the ring and do it. So it's like, oh, okay, cool. And he also tells him, Listen, you also need to get Jacob in line. So he's kind of giving, he's kind of giving Jay or Jacob to Jay and say, You understand tough love, basically. Basically, everything that Roman did in the past, how he almost murdered Jay Uso. He's like, That's tough love. You understand it. Now go make Jacob understand it because uh tough love is coming. And he sends him off to go win the King of the Ring. And uh he says, Jimmy, you stay with me. Jay has to do this on his own. So I wish we would have got more, but that's all we got for the bloodline part of the show. Then we do go into the first match of the night, which is a king of the ring qualifying match. Whoever wins the king and queen of the ring, you will go to SummerSlam and get a title shot. Now, here's the thing: it was the most random pairing of people in a fatal four-way. Well, not a fatal four-way, but a four-way. And it was Solo Sokoa, it was Penta, Carmelo Hayes, and Oba Femi. And Oba Femi just lost to Brooklesner yesterday. So it's like, wow, this is this is something. We had everybody in the ring, Oba comes last, and instantly everybody attacks Oba Femi. I did like this match because for it allowed Oba to be like, you know, he did attack, and he sometimes it was him versus the world, but he was also able to get hurt by people. I do feel that we need to start, start letting Oba actually wrestle, actually do more than fall from grace, his like his throwing power bomb or whatever it is, chokeslam a little more than that. We need some of that, and we need to let him get hurt some too. Because I said this in my live takes this morning. It was a live live take, so like a lot of people won't see it because the algorithm doesn't really push live videos like they do these kind of videos. But I remember a time when Oba Femi would have really good matches with somebody like Javon Evans. I don't really want Oba Femi to be the next Brock Lesnar, I really don't, because it really limits what Oba can do. I don't want squash matches with Oba Femi all the time. I want Oba Femi to be able to go and go in the ring and cut a promo. I want Oba Femi to go in the ring and have a 15-minute match because I know he can. So, like, whatever the case may be, this did reestablish him as a as a threat. He was hurt because he was in the Kimoral lock yesterday and he was armed with bandage and he you know he fought. It was a good match. I liked this match a lot. I liked that the baby faces and the heels they worked together because they're not stupid. They would work together when they needed to fight Oba Femi, but then they would go and try to win the match themselves. Talatanga, you know, he he attacked and obafemi. So there was just a lot of good things. And then Oba Femi eventually he just stood up and he went in the ring, and then he beat everybody up again and he won. So, like, I wasn't sure if Brock was gonna come out and help him or not. But when he when it was all said and done, he grabbed the microphone and he said, All right, Brock, you asked me what would happen if I got my butt whooped. Well, this is what will happen. I'm still standing, I'm still standing, I'm still winning, and I'll see you down the road. So we're definitely gonna get that rubber match one-one. I still, I don't care what anybody says, I still think we should have let Oba beat Brock. However, it doesn't ruin WWE for me. Some people that yesterday were like, you're letting your fandom get in the way of your judgment. And I'm like, how? Just because there's too logical, too. I mean, both both outcomes are logical, oba winning and oba losing. It just so happens my fandom aligns with oba winning. And I didn't like that oba lost, but I'm not like quitting WWE over it or anything like that. Plus, it's like I'm a fan. First and foremost, I am a fan of wrestling. So I'm gonna tell you from a fan's perspective. There's a lot of YouTubers out there who I don't know, it's like, and I'm not, I'm not, I'm I promise you, I'm not just thinking of anyone specifically, but I know of a I it feels like there's YouTubers who like to talk about wrestling, but try to pretend that they aren't a fan and they that they're just above it somehow, some way. Like, I'm a fan. I am 100% a fan, and so when my fan favorite loses, I'm gonna be a little upset about it. Just like if uh, you know, if I followed baseball and my baseball team lost, and uh I'd be upset about it. Like I said yesterday, also, there was no plot holes in Oba Femi losing to Brock Lesnar, it's just not what I would have done. And I get I get all the arguments on why he did, but that's that's that's that's for clash at the castle. This is the uh raw review. Oba won tonight. But you know what did not make sense? You know what the plot hole to this match was? Nothing to do with oba. All right, so they rebuilt Oba, they got Oba over again. So good job there, good job there. He has not lost momentum. Although when he was coming out, I did feel it wasn't as special as it was the day before. I will say that. But regardless, the plot hole was this Solo Sakoa, Talatanga. Why didn't the bloodline do anything or say anything to Solo? Literally, 24 hours prior when Roman beat Jacob and he's walking out of the out of the the ring, the MFTs are in the crowd just watching, just watching Roman and his new protege, Jacob. And Roman's like, I got something for them too. And then tonight, we have the bloodline in the ring. Five minutes later, Solo Sokoa is having a match and no connection whatsoever. Just don't put solo on the show. Have Solo's qualifying match be on SmackDown or something where Roman isn't present. But the fact is, because the MFTs were in Clash of Castle staring down, staring a hole through Roman, why didn't Roman do something tonight? Why was there no connection tonight? You get what I'm saying? So there was a plot hole there. We will also have the the women's qualifying match, and that was Eosky, Roxanne Perez, Julia with her new look and uh Lash Legend. Now they did kind of have the same structure of Lash Lash Legend being the monster in this match, because Oba was the monster in the other match, but in this one, Lash doesn't win. But I feel like because Oba was a monster in this tonight, we should have had Lash, who was kind of playing the same role. Her match should have been on SmackDown also. You don't like to have two similar style matches or or or story beats on the same show. And so, but but regardless, small critique, EOS guy will win that match. Good match, great match, fine match. It could have gone either way. I was kind of hoping they would give it to Julia because, well, you know, they have really dropped the ball with Julia, plus, she was in her home country of Italy. If you didn't know, she's half Italian. So yeah, I was kind of hoping for that. Roxanne Perez looked really good, but I do understand why we gave it to EO because EO is way over and we need to give her big victories. I'm wondering if this is gonna set up EO Sky and Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam. If Eo wins, will she go, will she pick Rhea Ripley? It would make, it would kind of make no sense because why would she pick her friend? It seems like she would just pick Liv Morgan at that point. But but it we could easily do it. You know, Rhea Ripley could say something like, Oh, I'm so glad you won because now you can you can beat Liv Morgan and I don't have to beat you because you're my friend and I would feel bad. Then Eo Sky could be like, What do you mean you would have to beat me? I'm like, I've you have never lost to you. And then Rhea's like, yeah, well, sure, whatever. I didn't mean it that way. And then EO Sky could be a little feel some kind of way. Then they could go have a match. So there's an easy way to get EO to pick Rhea if they just if they just like start start needling at that friendship. So, but but this is a pretty good match. I wouldn't mind. The matches were actually pretty decent tonight. The Oba match I liked, this match I liked, and the main event I liked. Wrong winner, though. Wrong winner. The dis the fall of Braun Breaker. It it's it's I mean, I'm watching Braun Breaker lose all of his aura in real time. We'll talk about that in a second because Rusev is also someone who is just losing, losing his stock is as plummeted. Plummeted. We have Rusev and Ethan Page versus versus Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee. Now, Rey beat Rusev last week, right? And no shame in losing to Rey Mysterio, but it's like Rusev, are we gonna are we doing anything with them or we've given up? Because I'm like, okay, well, you know what? It looks like we're doing a pairing of Ruth Rusev and Ethan Page. So they become a tag team. Now, on paper, you would think that Ray and Dragon Lee, they would be the most experienced tag team of this bunch because they've been in the LWO, they've been friends for a while. So it makes sense for them to actually win this match. But because we are pushing this narrative of Ethan Page and Rusev, I thought it was a no-brainer that these two were gonna win, somehow, some way cheating. But no, they just lost, they just lost, and now I don't understand why. Would Ethan Page want to even team up with Rusev at this point? Like, what's the point of them teaming up? Rusev can't get a win, and now when they're together, they just lose. It's like they really should have won here. I really think they should have won, and they could have been a really solid, kind of funny tag team, one sniveling heel and one, like, you know, the powerhouse of the group. The the straight man of the group, while Ethan Page is the comedy act, but no, they just they just lost again. No shade losing to Ray, but it's like I don't see why we had to have Rusev lose two weeks in a row, especially when we're trying to build this Ethan Page Rusev connection. Because that's comedy gold, that's comedy gold plus plus wrestling gold. It wasn't like they weren't a pure comedy act like Dan Housen, right? They were able to wrestle in in the process too, but no, they just lost, they just lost. So that was a head scratcher, that was a real head scratcher. Danhausen got a mini documentary on his curse to the New York Knicks. That was good. Seek that out. If you're not following, Dan Housen put a curse on the Cavaliers, and the Knicks have been winning ever since. So props, props to the Cavaliers and the Atlanta Hawks for keeping Kay Fabe alive. Well, then what else do we have? LA Knight, one of the best segments, one of the best segments of the entire show was like a three-minute backstage segment, not even three minutes, of LA Knight going up to Adam Pierce, basically saying you're doing everything in your power to get the bloodline back together. I've never seen you suck up to somebody more than Roman Reigns, all these things. He accused him of just being in his pocket, Roman's pocket, and everything LA Knight was saying was true, and it kind of made me sad because I was like, man, why has this guy not been a champion for like the last two years? For the last two, like, he LA Knight is so freaking good. And no, nothing. Because all this is gonna set up is for LA Knight to lose to Roman Reigns. I'll be happy to get LA Knight back in the main event scene, but like he's not gonna win against Roman Reigns, let's be honest. But man, alive. It was such a good segment of calling out Adam Pierce because it's true. Adam Pierce has literally been like Roman Reigns is telling Adam Pierce how to do his job. And Adam Pierce is just going along with it. It's like LA Knight can see. LA Knight is actually like, he's almost like not a part of the storylines, and he's like a fan who's actually seen everything happen, and then he jumps back into the storyline with that perspective, like, what are we doing here? This story makes no sense. You're the GM and you're answering to Roman, and then the so it's just really good. It's really good. You know, LA Knight can see the big picture while everybody else doesn't. And he's like, LA Knight is afraid of the bloodline getting back together, and I would be too. In a K-fape sense, wouldn't you be afraid of the bloodline consolidating power? In fact, Seth Rollins should be should be the alarm should be going off for Seth Rollins because we're watching, we're watching the bloodline get stronger and stronger than ever. Oh, another thing that happened tonight, about 83 times they mentioned that they were gonna have they were gonna they were gonna show the El Grande Americano match on Netflix. I'm really glad they're gonna show it, but like I I think they might have ended the show early so they could show it. And you know, it's on YouTube, so like why don't you just say go to YouTube and watch it? But regardless, they told us over and over and over again, but it was worth it though. I do hope more people watch it because that was a beautiful match. El Grande versus El Grande OG, that was one of the best matches of all time, in my opinion. Best match I've seen in a very long time. I thought we were gonna get Chad Gable here tonight, and we didn't. And I I might do a separate video on why, why it would only make sense. Like Chad Gable needs to instantly go after Penta. He needs to instantly go after Penta because the whole Grande Americano story kind of started off of that. And I don't know why we didn't do that um tonight. We should have had uh we should have capitalized. That's another thing. Why did we not capitalize on the the goodwill of the Grande Americano storyline and have Chad Gable return to W to Raw tonight a conquering hero? Less is more with Triple H, but that's uh less is less. Less is less. Chad Gable should have been on Raw tonight. He should have been on Raw tonight. We should have capitalized on that. Other than that, I think that is pretty much it. Other than, other than Liv Morgan will tell Roxy, I'm so proud of you, but you can tell that Liv is happy. Even though it makes no sense for Liv to be in the King, Queen of the Ring, like she's in the Queen of the Ring. And she could the the story is she said that she's in the Queen of the Ring so she can win all the titles. And it's like, I mean, Liv, you're gonna face Rhea Ripley at champ night of champions, anyways, champion versus champion. So it's like, so Liv is trying to get in the Queen of the Ring so she can win the crown at Knight of Champions and then go and face Rhea Ripley because they do champion versus champion. Like, come on, come on. They just don't have any storylines for for Liv Morgan. They had one storyline, and that was Stephanie Vakir. When Stephanie Vakir got like injured, they were like, Well, I guess we can do nothing with the champion anymore. You have a team of writers, write something. Sol Ruka had an interview, and it was really nothing. She was just happy. I'm just happy I won a title. That's what she basically said. And then we had the final match. The final match was a good match. Seth freaking Rollins versus Versus Braun Breaker. It was a good match. It had some really good moments, even. Montez Ford came out and helped, helped. So we get we still got that going on. And Seth, at one point, will be out in the ring with Paul Heyman. And Braun Breaker does his running spear. Seth moves out of the way and Braun hits Paul Heyman. I was like, oh my god, that was awesome. It was awesome. I love that. I love that. Paul, you know, Paul taking a big bump like that is always a good time. And then when Braunbreaker gets back in the ring, he goes to spear Seth Rollins. And then he just like he conks out. And then Seth Rollins does a curve stop and wins. But Seth had the belt in his hand when he got speared. Very reminiscent of when Goldberg speared Brett the Hitman Hart, and Brett had like a stop sign or something. No, he had a steel plate underneath his shirt. Fun fact, that was the only entertaining story beat I've ever seen with with Goldberg. Goldberg has entertained me maybe like two or three matches, and only one time in a storyline, and that was it. When when when he uh speared a steel-plated Brett the Hitman heart, and that reminded me of this. And so it was a good, it was a good way to finish the match. But my problem with this is what the heck are we doing with Braun Breaker? Like, holy crap. They like he's like like they have just they have just chipped away at what made him cool and special and have done a great job of making him look like a chub. I am so disinterested in Braun Breaker now because of how they booked him. It is insane. Oh, by the way, by the way, remember yesterday when I was complaining too much about how, oh, foot on the rope with Guther, oh, foot on the rope with Jay Cargill, oh, foot on the rope with Rhea Ripley. Well, tonight, foot on the rope with Braun Breaker, Paul Heyman grabbed grabbed uh Braun's foot. Well, he tried to. He tried to grab it and he fumbled. So if you're gonna make fun of B Fab for her fumble of grabbing the leg of Jay Cargill's, you gotta make fun of Paul Heyman tonight because he kind of couldn't get the get Braun Breaker's leg and he put it out. So I guess Triple H just discovered this because he's spamming it already. Just like the his open challenges, or like, yeah, it's like, oh, look, I could put a foot on the rope. I could have someone grab the foot and put it on the rope, and that could be like a way to stop a match. So we're doing that now all the time. In two days, we've had we've had four four feet on ropes. Cool. And but yeah, so Seth Rollins beats Braun Breaker. On one hand, it's good that Seth won because it's like, yeah, Seth needs wins. He's a top guy. But on the other hand, at the end, Braun Breaker's just sitting back against the ring, just looking like a complete jump and loser. He lost his feud to CM Punk. He lost his feud to Seth Rollins. I mean, maybe it's still going because now he's a tag team champion with Austin Theory and Montez Ford and Seth will probably just win the belts from them. But it's like, what are we doing? What are we doing? I kind of hope that that spear on Paul Heyman takes Paul out, like not really injured, but like Kfabe injured. And he just he's out of TV for like two or three months. And then Braun can just go on his own. Braun needs to rebuild himself because I've got like I was on a scale of one to ten, I was a 10 on Braun Breaker about a year and a half ago. Like for real. And now I'm at like a two, maybe three. Yeah, yeah. So Seth won good stuff there, but because it protects his record. And I'm not even a big Seth fan, but like, oh god, Braun Breaker just his, his that's that's his career right now. They can rebuild it. There's plenty of time, but still, wow, wow. Just like, wow, he looks so bad. He looks so bad right now. But that that that was raw. That was raw in Italy. I would probably give it, it's hard for me to give it a chops this time around because it was so early, and I I was able to watch it, like I didn't watch it right at one o'clock when it was at my time. I watched it at like what two o'clock. So I was able to fast forward through commercials and really long entrances and stuff. So it's hard for me to judge it. I'm not gonna judge it this week because I kind of cheated and I would just skip 10 seconds, skip 10 seconds, skip, skip 10 seconds while everybody made their way to the ring and the matches needed to start and stuff. But I'll tell you that, I'll tell you what though, it makes Raw a way better experience not having to watch all these ads and stuff. So the matches were fine. We'll say, I'll say at the lowest it would have been a six, at the highest, it would have been in probably a seven, maybe eight. But like, because it wasn't no matter what, it wasn't a ten, but it wasn't a horrible Raw either. So, all right, boys, all right, girls. Hot takes tomorrow. See ya bye.
