New Day are gone. The New Day are no longer in WWE. What? How? Like, are you Are you stupid? WWE, TKO, whoever you are, why would you get rid of the New Day? Like, yeah, I heard the reports. They came to a mutual agreement. No, they didn't. The New Day signed a contract last year. The New Day were probably about to be fired. TKO said, tell you what, we'll give you this lower offer, and then we'll we'll graciously keep you. And the New Day were probably like, yeah, thanks, but no thanks. No, this was not, this was not a mutual agreement. This was WWE not having any real storylines for the New Day and probably giving them a low ball offer after they signed a contract last year. JC Mateo, hate that name. He's also been fired. And and Tungle Loa the GOAT. The goat Tungle Loa has been fired. We're gonna talk about all four of them with a heavy heavy emphasis on the new day because I just I can't fathom this. Like I get it, the new day, they like they've been around for a minute, right? Kofi, even longer, but like they've been around for a long time. What makes me so mad about this situation is the fact of in 2024 December, we had one of the greatest heel turns of all time, where we have Kofi Kingston saying to Big E, You broke your neck, so what? That was one of the most heartbreaking, gut-wrenching heel turns of all time, where you see a man's soul crushed in real time in Big E, just about becoming a blubbering baby, as as Kofi and Xavier Woods make eye contact and say it's just you and me now. It's us versus the world. That was like, I've never seen a heel turn like that on their 10-year anniversary. You broke your neck, so what? Like, and then we didn't, we barely did anything with them. The following week, they were they were showered with booze, real heat, people hated them, and then and then and then nothing, and then nothing. Can can anybody can anybody really tell me what the new day had done, has done since that heel turn with Big E other than a huge black hat. Other than a huge black hat, can can anybody tell me anything, any story really the the new day have been a part of? Like exactly, exactly. The new day, the new day, the failure to get the new day over is 100% creative's fault. And that's because we have seen in the past and and the new day have demonstrated time and time again that they can pretty much get anything over. So for the for the fact that they have been regulated to the commercial segment of Netflix Monday Night Raws shows me, tells me that WWE has literally had nothing, nothing for the New Day. I am not here advocating anybody get fired, but but why do I never hear the name of creative getting fired when it's creative? It's literally the writer's fault that these top-tier talent has nothing, have nothing. We know for a fact that Kofi has a connection with the crowd because of Kofi Mania, WrestleMania 36. We have seen time and time again the the new day. Like I said, get things over. They were such a good baby face team that there was no way, no how I thought people would would boo them. And then they were able to get those boos. But there was literally nothing for them after that. Even when they won the titles at that year's WrestleMania 41, there was nothing for them. Like that feud was nothing. They fought the War Raiders. There was nothing to that feud. I think at one point, the the biggest thing in that feud, I think they had a chair around Ivar's neck at one point, and that's about it. They had a feud with Penta, where Penta literally beat all three of them because they added big big G, Grayson Waller. And I love Grace and Waller, but but why? What was that all about, even? Like, I bit my tongue, but for real, what was that all about? Like, why was Grayson Waller just suddenly joining the New Day? Oh my gosh, oh my gosh. The New Day, they've been your host of WrestleMania. They came out of giant cereal boxes at WrestleMania. They they would wear unicorn horns, and we were all like, that's the coolest thing of all time. A stupid trombone, and we were like, more trombone, please. Oh, like for real, Kofi, Xavier Woods, like them not succeeding, that is like, that's not on them. Because I have seen them succeed, even when they were given nothing over the last two years, they still were entertaining. They were still entertaining. They they would be one of the only ones that would go out into the crowd, the streets, and and cut promos with the fans on the fans. Like, I don't, I don't get this. If there was nothing for the new day, that's not because of the new day, that's because of the writers. And and look at the tag team division right now. How is there nothing for the new day when your tag team division is in shambles? I just did a video called 3 hot three not, where I or 4 hot 4 not, and I put I put the tag team division in the not hot section, cold, dead on arrival. And it's like we have the new day, we have the new day right there. We like and and and look at all the releases recently. The new day, you got the motor city machine guns, and I'm not gonna pretend I liked the new the Motor City Machine Guns uh WWE run, but I've seen them actually be a success in TNA. They have personality again. That's the Raiders' fault. So we had the Motor City Machine Guns, their release, Tungaloa. Tungaloa, I I did like it, Tungaloa, actually, but like just focusing on Tungaloa for a second. Him and Tamatunga were the gorillas of destiny in New Japan. There's another tag team. Yeah, Tamatunga didn't get released, but the fact is you had the gorillas of destiny, you had the new day, you had the Usos, they're they're fine, they didn't get released. You had you had the Motor City machine guns all under one roof. We didn't do nothing with them. We didn't do nothing with them. JC Mateo, like, I hate that name. How could you give the uh a wrestler that name? Yeah, he's gonna be like, he's gonna have nothing. That dude was not even under contract for one year, by the way. Not even one year. You're telling me that if he was such a like, if like, why didn't you do something different with him? You you automatically put him in a in a uh faction, and then you literally never gave him an opportunity. Why not have him break out of the faction and give him a solo run or something? And I I'm not here saying that I'm a huge JC Mateo fan, hate that name, because like, but I was never given an opportunity to even be his fan because all you did was make like the moment you put him with Solo Sokoa, he was he was regulated to the jobber of that group and under Jacob's shadow. It's like you never gave him a chance to do anything else. Sometimes your first thing doesn't work, so do something different. You didn't even give the guy a year. That's that's really, really shady, being that you that you kind of like stole him away from New Japan, a different, a different wrestling promotion. And fine, all's fair and love and war when you're when you're against another wrestling promotion. But the human being quit his job in Japan where he's over to come to WWE. The least you can do is give him a second chance in at a gimmick if the first one is not working. Not even one year, not even one year, but uh uh again, the new day gone. Tungaloa gone when he had his tag partner of the grills of destiny, the motorcycle machine guns gone. And who are your tag champions right now? Damien Priest, Damien Priest are truth, Logan Paul, Austin Theory. These are are two guys, two four guys that were just kind of like thrown together. Like for real. These are not tag team wrestlers, they were just kind of thrown together. And and I I'm just like, why? Why? We literally had the Usos just as your tag team champions, like uh like two or three months ago. They did have one match with the New Day, but like, why didn't we revisit that war that those guys had? The New Day and the Usos were one of the only bright spots along with the bar in the in the 2010s with tag team division. How could we get rid of the new day? Why not try to reignite Kofi Mania? Why not try to reignite Kofi Mania? You know, you know Xavier Woods can has the gift to gab. And what did he give up the rights to up up down down his video game YouTube channel to WWE? Does he get it back? Does he get it back now? Or is it just up tough luck? I don't know. I'm just mad. I don't I don't even I don't really have like a a a concept of this video because I'm just upset, you know? I'm still upset about Kyrie saying Kyrie like dang it, she was part of a storyline and we never got a payoff. Alistair Black, he just beat, he just beat Randy Orton a couple months ago. He was supposed to be the voice, the guy on the phone, but you you replaced him with Pat McAfee in a storyline that literally went nowhere. It was so bad that Pat McAfee himself said, Yeah, I'm I'm done with wrestling altogether. And and Alistair Black lost his chance to get over Tungalowa, never given the opportunity to just shive him give him a chance with the gorillas of destiny. Just a chance with the gorillas of destiny. That's it. Why didn't they why didn't they make him just like the botch guy? Like when he was botching all the time, he was like an internet sensation. Why didn't we capitalize on that? Like we could have literally made him a guy, like he walks into a room and he just trips on something. Like, just do something else. The fact that that these guys and gals from the previous release had nothing, that is creative's fault. I'm not even saying fire triple H, but I'm saying his little like create like what are they doing? It doesn't sit right with me. I'm not coming at you like a like a YouTube reporter or anything like that. And I and I never do, honestly. I'm a I'm a I'm a wrestling fan. I'm a wrestling fan, and I just see this as just such such a disappointment and and disrespectful. It's like even if I don't like them as characters, like I see like you gotta give them the opportunities. JC Mateo, hate that name, should have, they should have changed his gimmick at least one time. That's what I'm mad about. These guys and Gales, they give their their blood, their sweat, their tears, their time. They they they're away from their family. They they're trying to make a living on doing something they love, but they're away from their family. They just want to entertain us. They could literally, they go to that ring and they could literally put their lives on the line. The least we can do is say, all right, we've tried this gimmick for nine months. We'll give you three more months to see if if this one works. Give them a year. The new day. Kofi Kingston's been with the company. He was like the third most tenured right now, maybe second. I think it's the Miz, Kofi, and I don't know. Randy, Randy. Yeah, Kofi was the third most tenured person, and we're gonna say, yeah, I know we just gave you a contract last year, but we want to restructure it. Yeah, we already failed your your heel turn, and we gave you nothing, and now we want to give you less. Is that okay with you? Jeez, Louise. God, I'm so mad right now. WWE, I want to love you. I really do, but you make it so freaking hard. That's it. That's my video. I'm sorry. I'm just venting. I'm just venting. I I just I think it's so. And the worst is, I oh, there's gonna be people in the comments section that says, oh, it's just a business. Just a business. God, Vince McMahon. Why did you have to sell your company? I thank God for all of the the laughter, the joy, the entertainment that you brought me. JC Mateo, yes, I hated your name, but I never hated you, the wrestler, the person, and I thank you for for for trying. All right. I never really fully connected to you, connected with your character here, but I know you had a long, amazing career in Lucha Underground, New Japan, all these things that I'm sure you'll get back on your feet, but still it it sucks how you were wronged, how you weren't given a chance. And Tungaloa, man, I'll tell you what, you will always be the goat. You will always be goat to Loa for me. See ya bye.
